Splashed all over the front page of February’s Vegetarian Living Magazine these cinnamon bun cakes were impossible to resist!

The recipe is taken from Scandilicious Baking by Signe Johansen and was a lovely bake to make on a snowy Sunday. The warm spicy scent of cardamom and cinnamon wafting through the house brought all the family into the kitchen for hot drinks and cake, perfect.
